Day 01 - Santa Teresa, NM to Acoma, NM

Packing the Trailer - Getting Ready to go.

On Tuesday - August 23, we, Carey & Donna (and Josie - our puppy dog) depart on our exciting "rolling adventure" through the north-central and northwest United States. We're packed and ready to go.  We will travel a little more than 6,000 miles on this trip, and travel through the following states: New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, South Dakota, North Dakota, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, California, & Arizona. We will meet our fellow Rotary RV Fellowship campers on Sept. 9 at Baker City, Oregon.

Day #1 includes driving from home to Acoma, New Mexico where we will camp for two nights at the Acoma (Sky City) Casino & RV Park. We arrived and found our campground. There were only 4 other campers. We made a quick visit to the Casino where Donna won $14. Yea!
